These Ontario cities are expected to see the biggest home price declines
While Toronto has seen a significant dip in home prices as borrowing costs have gone up over the past
year, other places in Ontario are seeing an even more dramatic drop.
February
sales in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) were down substantially from the pre-rate hike levels of early
2022. However, the number of new listings also dropped substantially year-over-year. The result was that
the average selling price and MLS® HPI continued to level off after trending lower through the spring
and summer of last year.

Indranil Ghosh helped me with a property recently in Kitchener. I was looking at properties in the
St. Catharines, Kitchener/Waterloo and Cambridge areas.
Indranil and his team shortlisted several properties
as per my requirements every week. Then they setup appointments and joined us for the every single showing.
Not only did
Indranil provide authentic advice and guidance with regards to every property he also initiated and guided
me through the discussions with the sellers.
It was absolutely amazing working with Indranil Ghosh.
